Community Yard Sale

It’s almost time for our annual Community Yard Sale! ☀️
 
Call (607-965-8208) or stop by the library to get your name and address on the yard sale list. $5 donation
 
We will distribute the list of addresses on Facebook with hard copies available at the library.
 
The library will have a book sale, bake sale and basket raffles starting at 9am, with raffle winners being called at 1pm! 📚

Homemaker Swap

We’re excited to host our 3rd Homemaker Swap! 🌸🌺
 
Bring 7+ handmade/home grown items and swap for other items. You’re welcome to bring more than 7 items if you’d like!
 
Homemade items can be anything – soaps, candles, baked goods, crafts, artwork, jams. 🥖🌿🧼
 
RSVP is required since we only have 20 spots available. Call or text Kristy at 845-325-5848 to get signed up or with any questions.

Meet children’s author Lise Holdorf Tracey as she presents her book The Mean, Green Lima Bean!
 
Perfect for ages 4-8, The Mean, Green Lima Bean is an affirming story that sparks conversations about what it means to be kind to others, instead of being mean. Told with rhyming words and accompanied by beautiful illustrations, this heartfelt story teaches children empathy.
 
About the author: Lise Holdorf Tracey is an Edmeston Central School graduate, a talented teacher and a children’s book author. Her book, The Mean, Green Lima Bean, mirrors her passion for social-emotional learning with real-life examples that children can understand.
