Join us for our first Adult Social Hour! ☕️
 
Come drink a cup of coffee and enjoy delicious refreshments while catching up with old friends or meeting new ones. Bring a project you’re working on, a game, puzzle, do some journaling, artwork, etc.
 
We’d also love to hear your ideas! Would you rather keep this a casual social hour or in the future, have speakers come in to give talks or a book club – we’re open to all suggestions! 📚
 
If you’d be interested in coming but Friday morning doesn’t work for you, please feel free to comment what days and times would work for you!

It’s time for our 4th homemade swap! 🍃🍂
 
You’ll bring 5 items (or more if you choose) to swap for other homemade treasures.
 
Items can be anything home grown or homemade – baked goods, crafts, soaps, bookmarks, jams – anything. Nothing made with love will ever be “not good enough” – we will love and appreciate every and any item you decide to bring.

Disguise a Duck Challenge

Disguise a Duck Challenge

Stop by the Edmeston Library to participate in our Disguise a Duck challenge! 🐤🎃
 
Pick up a rubber duck in the library’s cafe, take it home and use any materials you want (paint, clay, fabric, ANYTHING) to disguise them. 🐥
 
Give them a Halloween costume, crochet them into a pumpkin, turn them into a monster or princess, build a diorama for them – the possibilities are endless.
 
ALL ages are encouraged to participate!
 
Return your duck and slip of paper by October 24th and we will display them throughout the library from October 26th until November 30th.

Halloween Movie & Craft

Kick off spooky season at the library with a Halloween movie and crafts! 🍿 🎥 🎃
 
There will be a Spooky Shadow Jar craft for teens and adults and a few crafts for kids. 🕸️
 
Popcorn and snacks will be provided. Free for all ages!
