Cannon Free Library is incredibly blessed to have a large children’s room, a diverse selection of children, juvenile, and young adult titles, and a dedicated Youth Services Librarian. We hold a variety of programs for toddlers, children, and the whole family.
Come in and meet our new youth librarian, Lynn, and pick up this month’s animal “Take & Make” pack!
We hold two programs a week for young children, and several a month for elementary-aged children. We encourage after-school visits for students and learners of all ages!
Toddler Rhyme Time, Tuesdays at 10:30. Rhymes and fingerplay, feltboard fun and tactile stimulation.
Preschool Storytime, Thursdays at 10:30. Stories and songs, feltboard action and a fun craft.
Create-a-Craft on the first Tuesday of the month, 3pm. Something special for students, ages 5 and up: a different fun craft to make and take home every month.
LEGO Club on the third Tuesday of every month, 3pm. Design your dream structure or take part in a Lego challenge. Ages 5 and up.
Call for more details, or to register for a program! (We must limit participants to maintain current social distancing guidelines.)
