Spring is in the air and it's time to get busy in the garden!
Join our local 4-H Club in cleaning the Community Garden here at the library on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
Ask A Master Gardener! Saturday, May 4, 2024 a Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener will be at the library from 10:00 AM to Noon to answer your gardening questions.
Time to start seedlings indoors. Come and choose from selections in our "Seed Library" Watch our website for upcoming gardening programs.

Can you lend a helping hand?
On Tuesday Feb. 5, 2024, a family from the Springfield community was involved in a tragic accident. The Springfield Library is joining with local residents to help this family in their time of need.
A page has been setup through the website “Meal Train” for those wishing to help. Please visit the “Meal Train” site for details on how to sign up to provide a meal.
