Our next Board of Trustees meeting will be held on July 21st at 5:30 P.M. in the Jack Bolster Community Center, 105 Main Street, home to the Afton Free Library and the Office of the Village of Afton. Business and concerns will be discussed. This meeting will be open to the public, so please join us.
We are pleased to be able to open our doors again to the public. New books are arriving for our patrons, holds and deliveries are picking up. Our summer reading program is in session, do stop by for an activity packet for each child. Catch some of our online story-times on our Facebook page. Your kids will thank you. The Trustees of the Afton Free Library in response to the Corona- virus have closed the library to the public until further notice. All programs are postponed and will rescheduled as soon as humanly possible. No fines will be charged against late materials. Returns may be placed in drop box.
Our patrons are urged to follow the prescribed guidelines to guard themselves against this pandemic illness.
