Quick Healthy Meals & Snacks program- March 11
The Afton Free Library presents a “Quick Healthy Meals & Snacks” virtual program on March 11. Join Neisa Pantalia, a Nutrition T.A. from the Cornell Cooperative Extension, as you’ll learn ways to create healthy meals and tips for eating out.
