New Berlin Library Minutes for December 29th, 2021

George Anderson calls the meeting to order at 6:00pm.
All current bills are passed to each board member for review.
Lynn LaValley made a motion to approve all current bills, seconded by Jill Robinson. Motion carries 7-0.
George Anderson makes a motion to approve the budget Donna Wells presented at last month’s meeting as well as approve the salary increase for Michelle Priola the Library Director also discussed at last meeting. Motion seconded by Darla Smith with motion carrying 7-0.
George Anderson asks the Board to nominate officers for the year 2022.
Darla Smith nominates George Anderson for president seconded by Lynn LaValley. Motion carries 7-0.
George Anderson nominates Darla Smith for vice president, seconded by Donna Wells. Motion carries 7-0.
George Anderson nominates Angelica Schmidt for secretary seconded by Jill Robinson. Motion carries 7-0.
Darla Smith nominates Donna Wells as treasurer seconded by Lynn LaValley. Motion carries 7-0.
George Anderson makes a motion to close the meeting at 6:07pm seconded by Jill Robinson. Motion carries 7-0.
