Andrea Miller and Donald Perkins donated a large framed picture of the New Berlin High School 1923 that belonged to their parents, Jean and Ruso Perkins. The picture does not include the names of the students in graduating class. The New Berlin Library are asking the public’s assistance in identifying anyone in the picture.
