The Children’s Summer Reading Program begins at the New Berlin Library on July 2^nd and runs through August 31^st. Children ages 12 and younger sign up at the circulation desk and receive a reading log. For every 5 books the child reads (or that is read to them) and is recorded in their log they receive a small prize. The child at the end of the summer with the most books read wins a grand prize. This grand prize this year is a bike and helmet.  In addition there will be a variety of crafts for children in the Juvenile Reading Room all summer long.
