Need to de-stress? Miss the fun freedom of coloring as a child? Want to do something creative? If any of these apply to you then we think you would love our Adult Coloring Night at the Oxford Memorial Library!
Studies have found that coloring reduces anxiety, reduces stress, improves brain function, and more! Coloring is also a lot of fun and shouldn’t be just for kids. Come to the Oxford Memorial Library on Wednesday evening May 15th at 5:30pm to relax and have some fun. We will provide coloring sheets, colored pencils, markers, crayons, and light refreshments. If you have an adult coloring book at home or a favorite set of markers feel free to bring them! This is an adult program for ages 16 and older.
