The Roxbury Library Association presents Dinos and Dogs!, a children’s event to be held in Kirkside Park on Wednesday, July 15.\u00a0 The event will run from 9:30am to noon.\u00a0 Participants will include:\u00a0<\/div>
All morning<\/b>: the Dragon Wagon Book Bus, a bookstore on wheels – a great way to do some summer reading shopping (and each child receives a free book!);<\/div>
9:30 – 10:45: \u00a0<\/b>David Black Entertainment presenting\u00a0Safari Sam’s Dino-Tastic Adventure<\/i>, a program which will amaze, enthrall and delight children<\/div>
10:45:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Demonstration by New York State Trooper Vargeson with K9 Rowe (a canine demo)<\/div>
10:30 – noon<\/b>:\u00a0 Cornell Cooperative Extension with their PowerHouse (this will be located in the Gould Church parking lot adjacent to the Park)<\/div>
There will also be face painting, Jenga, and a craft table.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>
The Roxbury Library is very appreciative of the Four County Library System whose Outreach Mini-grant is underwriting this event; the Roxbury Library Board of Trustees is also contributing to this event.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>

It was a beautiful July day in Kirkside Park for our community’s children.\u00a0 Joining in the fun was the Dragon Wagon Book Bus as well as David Black Entertainment; NYS Trooper SC Jones with K9 Hedges; the Cornell Cooperative Extension with their PowerHouse; Jenga, face painting, and lots of bubbles.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
