New Makerspace Page!

Check out the new Makerspace page above. We have lots of cool tools and supplies to use for creating art, gifts, etc.

Make your own mindful sketchbook or journal with our book-making machine. Create dazzling buttons for an event!

We even have wood burning tools to make signs, jewelry, or signature coasters with your own design!

We have a 3D printer available too, check out our policy and request form.

Library Closings Clarified

I would like to clarify for everyone, our policy for closing the library during inclement weather.  When the Richfield Springs Central School closes early, or when they close for the day due to inclement weather, the library follows its policy and closes as well.

Fine Free

The Richfield Springs Public Library is going fine free on all items except DVDs.  Please see the updated Circulation Policy (Section on Fines) under the Board of Trustees Page.  DVD fines are still $1.00 per day for overdue fees.

Online Library Card Registration

If you don’t have a library card with us or the Four County Library System and would like to take advantage of all they have available, but can’t stop into the library right now, follow this link to sign up for a temporary card.

Online Registration

Four County Library system has a lot to offer online as well as in the libraries themselves.  Once you sign up for the temporary card, we will be notified, and set you up with a permanent card, which you can pick up at the library, or we can mail it to you.
