<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">George\nAnderson calls the meeting to order at 6:06 pm.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minutes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motion to\napprove May\u2019s meeting and Emergency Radiator meeting made by Donna Wells,\nseconded by Darla Smith, approved 5-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motion to\napprove all current bills available and due made by George Anderson, seconded\nby Alan Fairbrother, motion passes 5-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s\nReport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donna Wells\nreviews the Treasurer\u2019s report with the Board, mentions one of the Bank of\nCooperstown CDs will be coming due this August 5<sup>th<\/sup> in the amount of\n$15,500 as discussed in May\u2019s meeting and states this amount will then be\ntransferred into the Bank of Cooperstown Savings account.&nbsp; Donna also mentions she has asked that the\nWells Fargo Sweep Account be closed to which Wells Fargo has agreed to write a\ncheck.&nbsp;&nbsp; Board in agreement.&nbsp; No further discussion.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Director\u2019s\nReport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michelle\nPriola reviewed the Director\u2019s Report.&nbsp;\nSummer Reading program going well, Art Class had good participation, as\ndid attendance at the Perkins Performances.&nbsp;\nShe also updated the Board on the resignation of Christina who had been\nteaching at the Afterschool Program and stated that she had contacted another\nteacher who has agreed to start teaching in October.&nbsp; RCR will be contacted August 5<sup>th<\/sup>\nwhen the cd comes due to discuss camera system upgrades and repairs.&nbsp; Board in agreement.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Closing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donna Wells\nmakes a motion to close the meeting at 6:25pm, seconded by Alan Fairbrother,\nmotion passes 5-0.&nbsp;
