George\nAnderson calls the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minutes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approval of\nMay 1st<\/sup> Emergency Meeting Minutes tabled until July meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer\u2019s\nReport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donna Wells\nreviews the Treasurer\u2019s report with the Board, mentions one of the Bank of\nCooperstown CDs will be coming due this August 5th<\/sup> in the amount of\n$15,500.  Asks the Board if they have any\nquestions about the Treasurer\u2019s report. \nNo further discussion.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director\u2019s\nReport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle\nPriola reviews the Director\u2019s Report.  In\nreference to fundraising, and the Public and Municipal Building Fund as well as\nthe legislative grant from Senator Seward being unavailable, Michelle asks the\nboard if a fund raising letter can be sent out to patrons this year.  Michelle passes the fundraising letter she\nwrote around for Board approval.  George\nAnderson makes a motion to approve the fund raising letter be sent out to\npatrons this year, seconded by Alan Fairbrother, motion passes 5-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle\nupdates the Board on RCR camera installation concerning the south side stacks,\ncommunity room and possibly a new outside camera.  George Anderson suggests that a wide angle\ncamera be installed in the outside if possible. \nMichelle states she will look into it. \nNo further discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle\nmentions the mandatory Sexual Harassment Training that needs to occur this year\nto meet State requirements.  Board in\ngeneral agreement that this meeting will take place on July 24th<\/sup> at\n5:00pm, the same day as the next Board meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle\nbrings up the condition of the light bulbs at the circulation desk failing too\nsoon.  Donna Wells makes a suggestion\nthat an electrician inspects the fixture and wiring.  George Anderson makes a motion to have an\nelectrician to this, seconded by Darla Smith motion passes 5-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle\nmentions to the Board that Eastern Energy Solutions approached her, and would\nlike to do an energy audit.  Board in\nagreement that this is not necessary.  No\nfurther discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In regards\nto the Perkins Concert Series this year, Donna requests to have a list of the\nentertainers so that she can cut checks for each entertainer.  Michelle agrees to provide this.  No further discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
