After attending an Early Learning Spaces workshop offered through the Four County Library System and the New York Library Association&#8217;s Ready to Read at New York Library Program, the director of the library put the new initiative into practice. The Children&#8217;s Room updates are aimed at creating a bright, welcoming, and interactive space for children to play and learn. The updates include a new educational area rug, reading nook, learning toys, wall art, and shelves.
