Prize Pick-Up Policy

The purpose of this policy is to set library protocol for handling library prize pick-up time lines.

Policy: Prizes for Summer Reading Program, raffles, and other contests must be picked-up or arrangements made for pick-up within 30 days of being notified of winning.  If the winner is unable to be contacted though provided contact information or no return contact is initiated by winner after four attempts, a new winner will be chosen from the existing pool after 30 days have elapsed.
