<\/p>\n

Edmeston Free Library has hired Simple Integrity, LLC to complete Phase I and Phase II of the Corts Renovation project.\u00a0 This entails asbestos abatement, structural work (basement, floor 1, floor 2 and the belvedere) and roof replacement. The goal is to complete Phase I and Phase II work by 12\/31\/2019. This goal has been met!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Phase III (2020 work) application for Library Construction State Aid which due August 31, 2019 has been successfully sent in.\u00a0 The 2020 work will include specific porch renovations, an ADA ramp and electrical work. Depending on sources of additional funding, Phase III may include other items listed below.\u00a0 The Capital Project\/Grant Writing Committee is busy writing grants and the Fundraising Committee is busy setting up fundraising events throughout the year.<\/p>\n

The remaining phases of the work to be done will be spread out from 2021 through to 2024.\u00a0 This work will include:<\/p>\n

2 ADA Compliant Bathrooms<\/p>\n

ADA Compliant Elevator<\/p>\n

Renovated Kitchen<\/p>\n

Outside Deck<\/p>\n

HVAC<\/p>\n

Septic<\/p>\n

Parking Lot<\/p>\n

Floors, Ceilings and Walls (sanding, painting and varnishing)<\/p>\n

Miscellaneous work such as caf\u00e9 and repairing windows<\/p>\n
