The Friends of the Libraries run a monthly book club, open to anyone in the community. This month’s book discussion will be on the novel Me Before You, written by Jojo Moyes. The group will meet Tuesday, January 20th at 11am in the Smart Community Room.

The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein is the next book to be discussed at the Friends of the Libraries book discussion group. The group will meet Tuesday, November 18th at 11:30am. Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting, including those who have never been before. We hope you will stop in!
Join the Friends of the Libraries at their upcoming book discussion group meeting on Tuesday September 16th at 11:30am. The book, Caleb’s Crossing, is a historical fiction novel set in the 1660’s. New participants are always welcome and can get a copy of the book by requesting it at the Sidney Library’s circulation desk.

Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline will be the topic of June’s book discussion group meeting, hosted by the Friends of the Libraries.
This meeting will take place in the Smart Community Room on Tuesday, June 17th at 11:30am. If you’ve never been, we encourage you to come and see what it’s all about!
The Friends of the Libraries are holding their big book sale April 10-12. This is held in the Smart Community Room and offers hardcover and softcover books, as well as CD’s, DVD’s, and magazines for sale.
The hours are as follows:
- Thursday, April 10th: 6 – 8pm
- Friday, April 11th: 9:30am – 5pm
- Saturday, April 12th: 10am – 1pm
