Art Exhibit

Amy Nordberg, a lifetime resident of the area, will display her photography in the Smart Community Room for the month of September. Ms. Nordberg is inspired by nature and her work in canine and equine massage therapy, and has been featured in local exhibitis such as the Jericho Arts Council Gallery and Windsor Whip Works Art Gallery.

Bird Extinction Program

John Neumann will give a presentation on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd at 6:30pm sharing the story of the passenger pigeon’s extinction. Mr. Neumann is a volunteer with Project Passenger Pigeon and hopes to share valuable lessons including thoughts on sustainable living.

Crystal Clay Workshop

Tina Souilliard, of Beads of a Feather beads and craft shop in Sidney, will offer a workshop on creating crystal clay necklaces using a bezel setting. If you are interested in jewelry making, please join us for this workshop on Tuesday Sept. 23rd at 6:30pm. Adults and children ages 9+ (if attending with an adult) are welcome to attend. Please note that this workshop has a materials fee of $10 and registration is required, either online, by phone, or in person at the Sidney Library.
