{"id":779,"date":"2020-01-27T17:34:01","date_gmt":"2020-01-27T17:34:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/libraries.4cls.org\/newberlin\/?p=779"},"modified":"2024-04-04T18:45:59","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T18:45:59","slug":"minutes-10-30-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/libraries.4cls.org\/newberlin\/index.php\/2020\/01\/27\/minutes-10-30-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Minutes 10\/30\/19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>New Berlin\nLibrary Minutes for October 30th 2019 Special Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In\nattendance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George\nAnderson, President<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darla\nSmith, Vice President<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donna\nWells, Treasurer&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angelica\nSchmidt, Secretary&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alan\nFairbrother, Trustee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Also in\nattendance:&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michelle\nPriola, Director&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not in\nattendance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lynn\nLaValley- Trustee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Start time:\n6:03 End Time: 6:12 pm&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George\nAnderson calls the meeting to order at 6:03 pm.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George\nAnderson brought to the Board\u2019s attention that trustee Lori Wilson had not\ncompleted the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training by the deadline required by\nNew York State.&nbsp; George also brought to\nthe Board\u2019s attention that Lori had only attended 1 out of 6 of this year\u2019s\nBoard meetings which, per the bylaws is in excess of absences allowed.&nbsp; The drafted letter informing Lori of her\nremoval from the Board was then read aloud to the Board.&nbsp; Board in agreement that this letter was\naccurate and appropriate.
