We are open!

Fairview Public Library has resumed its regular hours. Patrons are allowed in the library but we are limiting capacity to six patrons at a time to ensure social distancing. Social distancing and masks are required.

Our copy and fax machines are up and running! Black and white copies are 25 cents, full color copies are $1 and fax transmission is $1 per page.

New books arrive every week! Interlibrary loan is also working again, giving our patrons access to books from every library in the system

Hope to see you soon!

This Week’s Kids Craft Kits: Mosaic

Hey Library Littles!! This week’s craft kits are ready to pick up at the library! This week we will be making our own version of a mosaic. I will post a video for it on our Facebook page on Friday!

Reminders: Please return any reusable or unused materials to the library in the return slot to be used again later on!

Also, if you create a masterpiece, send us a photo either on Facebook under the video of Miss Cherie showing you how to do it, privately via Messenger if you prefer, or via email at Director@fairviewlibrary.org . Can’t wait to see what you create!

Printable summer reading log

Here is a reading log for summer reading! Print it off, record what you read, how much/long you read for, and shoot for at least fifteen minutes each day! (If you are unable to save and print the log image from this page, see our Facebook page. It is available there as well.)

Any of our Library Littles who complete this and turn it in by 4:00 pm on August 28th will be eligible to win prizes!

Turn this in inside the library following the new safety procedures, as a photo in our Facebook messenger, or via email to director@fairviewlibrary.org.

Happy summer, and happy reading!
