Genealogy Research Group-Now Every Month!
Join us each month as Afton Historian Kathy Ouimet presents a program on family genealogy. Whether you are experienced or new to this subject, you will learn something new about genealogy. This group will meet on the second Thursday of each month, starting December 12, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. Bring your laptop or tablet with you.

“Genealogy-Isn’t Everything I Need Online?” – November 16
The Afton Free Library and the Afton Historical Society present this free program on Saturday, November 16th at 2 pm in the Susquehanna Room at the Afton Community Center. Town Historian, Kathy Ouimet, will show us many other items that can be found in libraries, historical societies and other repositories that can aid us in our genealogy. All are welcome! Refreshments will be served!
