A Steering Committee has been set up to help plan and administer the upcoming System assessment and Plan of Service revision.

We have added a new page under FAQ’s & How-To’s with a great resource for new library directors. The Handbook for New Public Library Directors in New York State was written by Rebekkah Smith Aldrich and is full of useful information.

The next Governing Council meeting is scheduled for February 20 in Endicott & Greene. We will be trying the videoconferencing system again.
Two new forms have been added to the Forms page:
- A form to order more salmon routing slips
- A from to order more gift book submission forms
Customizable info sheets on the Blue Cloud Commerce credit card payment system have been added to the Governing Council page.
One is designed for staff. The other is designed for patrons. Feel free to add your local information.
The interactive forms on the Forms Page (except for the unauthorized record form) have been updated to interact with the ticketing system and deliver the auto-response and ticket number to the e-mail address supplied in the form.
The minutes from the September 16 Collection Services Advisory Council (CSAC) meeting have been added to the CSAC page. Accompanying charts (updated through Nov. 1) have also been added.
